Pastor Chad Pullins (Lead Pastor)

Chad is a man who’s life has been to hell and back all because of his choosing to reject Jesus and live his own way. Through a powerful move of Jesus’ grace in his life Chad died to himself so he might become a new creation in Jesus Christ. Since giving his life to Jesus, Chad continues to respond to Jesus’ grace that is at work in his life to become the man Jesus is calling him to be. Chad’s passion for Jesus is evident in his preaching and leadership. Chad currently lives that call out at Crossroads where he is having the time of his life being a part of Jesus’ creation of a new community of faith in Fayetteville, NC.

Chad is married to the Amazing Amanda whom he doesn’t deserve and keeps him grounded. They have three children: Jordan (12): Cami (4); Lexi (9months). Chad loves dating his wife, playing with the kids, playing golf, turkey hunting, and cooking out. Other then the vision and mission of Jesus Christ, Chad really isn’t serious about much and enjoys giving most of us a hard time when ever he can.

Pastor Matt Crump (Executive Pastor)

Matt and Robin Crump have been married over 20 years and have been serving the Lord through their entire marriage.
Matt came from a life of drug and alcohol abuse and was radically saved while serving in the US Army in the Mojave Desert.
They have traveled nationally and abroad and served as a Pastor, co-pastor, youth pastor, children's pastor and headed a national ministry.

Matt was also a recording artist on tour for 3 years before coming back to serve at a local church. Robin has been in the medical field for over 13 years as Physical Therapist Assistant and Director of Rehab at a local hospital helping patients learn how to come back from major injuries. Now with their two children, Mikayla and Gehrum, the Crump's are excited to be a part of Crossroads UMC. Matt is serving as Crossroad's Executive Pastor.
